orders are subject to final acceptance by our office in Hermosa Beach,
CA, U.S.A. and are not cancelable without our consent. Orders under $40.00 will be charged a $5.00 handling fee. |
| PRICES | Due to prevailing market conditions, all prices are subject to change without notice. |
| DELIVERY | F.O.B. Shipping point. |
| FREIGHT CLAIMS | Freight
must be inspected before accepting from trucking company. Merchandise
damaged in transit must be claimed with the common carrier within
the time allowed for such claims. Manufacturer warrants that the merchandise shipped shall be free from defects in workmanship and material. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Any claims shortages must be made within 30 days after receipt of shipment. |
| INVOICES | Please use purchase order or send check. Any past due invoices will carry a service charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% per year). Any fees charged by third parties to collect past-due accounts will be the responsibility of the purchaser. |
| TERMS | Net 30 days. |
| RETURNS | A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. |
